Nancy L. Giardina, Esq.
Nancy Giardina mediates with families for divorce, custody, child support, prenuptial agreements, elder law and probate issues. Nancy understands that many people prefer the privacy and efficiency of mediation, but knows the value of an interdisciplinary team. Nancy will work with a co-mediator, or assist you in finding the right expert to consult with, if needed.
Nancy brings years of experience as a divorce litigator to her mediation practice. She has experienced the damage that litigation can do to families and knows that there is a better way. She has devoted her practice solely to out of court work since 2018.
Nancy obtained her law degree from Syracuse University and she has completed over 100 hours of mediation training. To learn more about her, visit www.nancygiardina.com.
